Are these leads or actual bookings?
These are customer events that Party Characters has already sold. When an available job matches your area and your services, you can review the opportunity and decide whether you want to accept it.
Do I have to call the customer and sell the job?
No. You are not being asked to sell the customer, send a quote, or follow up. Party Characters handles the booking before the opportunity is offered to you.
Can I see what I will earn before accepting?
Yes. The estimated payout is shown with the opportunity, together with the event date, performance time, estimated distance, and event area — before you accept.
Do I have to accept every job?
No. Accept only the jobs that fit your schedule, your team, and your travel area. Nothing is accepted for you automatically.
How do you decide which jobs I see?
Your opportunities are based on factors such as your approved services and characters and the areas you cover.
When do I get the full address and customer details?
The full address and customer contact details become available after you accept a role on that event.
Can companies with multiple performers join?
Yes. Entertainment companies and teams can create a vendor profile and use the portal to find opportunities that fit their performers.
What if there are no jobs in my area today?
Job availability depends on customer demand. As new matching events become available, they appear in your vendor account.
How do I sign in?
